Now it feel like a scar and it stings when I touch it . My boyfriend has no disease so idont think its no type of STD . But I had sex a couple days ago and still felt the same pain before he couldn't get his penis in because of the pain . And where it the bump was at it stung and still stings if I touch it .

Your bump could be a simple as a cyst. Which is a build up of puss and fluid, and when irritated can STING pretty badly. I would strongly suggest you see your doctor though.

If you are concerned about people finding out about you having sex.. only mention that detail to your doctor. For everyone else (like your friends and family) just say you have something you need to get check. It isn't necessarily sexually related, but maybe inflamed because of sex.
