Go to court over custody, visitation and support.

First, as a unmarried father you have no rights until a court grants them or you are acknowledged as the legal father.

Second you specified "enforce" rights. Does that mean you already have court ordered visitation? If so, and you are being denied the time allotted then you ask the court to hold the custodial parent in contempt of court. If there is no order, then you go to court to petition for one.
