Period problems can someone help me. PLEASE
Hello everyone my name is amanda I am 22 years old and last month I thought I was pregnant because I was four days late starting my period and then it came lighter than normal and three pregnancy test said negative. Then this month I was having some back discomfort and breast tenderness, not to mention my period was three days late again and I was tired a lot but as I said my period did come again different from before lighter and only slightly heavy for about 5 or six hours then barely nothing and this month when I was "on my period" my areola turned darker and is still that way. If anyone knows what is going on please help me thanks

For a start, are you having sex?

There are a lot of thing which can cause tiredness and breast tenderness besides pregnancy. Right now, the cold is making my nipples erect and tender.

Food, exercise, illness can all affect your cycle.

I wouldn't worry too much. A lot of symptoms of pregnancy are also symptoms of your menstrual cycle too. So many times Ive thought I could be pregnant. I had sore breasts, headaches, tiredness, lower back pain, frequent urination, acne... andddd, it was my menstrual cycle coming. What a let down! But that's how the body works I guess
