So u are saying to use full sinthitic oil. I was tool to not use it. So ford is saying it is OK to use? What kind ? I was told to use nothing but motorcraft.

Ford has marketed Motorcraft full synthetic oils (engine, gear, and ATF), which are excellent, for years:

Scan down the page. In many truck applications, Ford only specifies using full synthetic oils.
