My heating is working fine but I have no hot water. When I turn the hot tap on I just get cold water and when I looked at the boiler its not firing up. Can you help please?

Please explain more about your system. Do you have a gas fired water heater or a hot waster heating system? In short, we need more information. Back to you, Tom
