I was convicted for trafficking in cocaine 22 years ago as an adult, in Georgia, and is being asked to have my fingerprints sent to the FBI for screening to become a Florida Medicaid provider. Will my drug offense record from 20 years ago be located?

You better believe it will be located. To be a Medicaid provider they kind of look long and hard. Better look into some other type of business to get into as you're not getting into that business in a big hurry.
