The tenant said it has been getting stuck after the fist rinse for awhile now and she usually hits "the" button and it cycles properly. Apparently the last time she did this, all the lights started flashing and the only way to get them to go off was to unplug the unit. Her husband thinks it may be the timer and he would fix it but recently had major surgery and is unable to bend/squat.
