I currently live with my parents, who are insufferable. I can no longer take it,my dad is much too strict,and he doesn't let my mom do anything nor I.It feels as though he hates me,and it's just so depressing being here. My mom can only mock when I'm in my room alone crying,I want my sister to take custody of me,she's soon turning twenty one and I'm only 12,how do I do it?

What does your dad do that you think is too strict?

YOU don't do anything. Your sister would have to go to court and apply for custody. She would have to prove that your parents are unfit, which will probably be hard to do.
