OK I just replaced my water pump and rad on my accord it runs cool for awhile and then rise just below the red mark but if I turn the fan on in the car it drops down to normal temp within seconds what could be the problem and yes I replaced the thermostate 2

If you have phosphate scale, you may have to replace the radiator--common on older cars.

I have replaced the rad waterpump and thermostate 2 any other ideas
