    Helix piercing. Needle or gun?
I have a relatively high pain tolerance, but I'm worried that a needle will hurt more. I've had two lobe piercings and I don't remember them hurting, and they were done with guns. Any answers help. Thanks

Needles will not hurt more and you are MUCH much more likely to get an infection from a piercing gun... (they can't be cleaned adequately) and you can do blunt force trauma to your ear causing the cartilage to possibly crack, split or any countless horrible things.

Go with a needle it should be quick and relatively painless.
