Need help about movie title!
Hi, I have remembered a movie that I watched when I was a kid. It was an old movie, black and white, about a man who found some kind of flying rubber. I remember he used it for various things such as putting it on his favourit basketball team's shoes so they could jump higher. He also used it in his car so he could fly with it. There was also a scene with a hamster under a hood instead of engine. Does anyone know what movie is this? Please help!!
