I saw a movie like 3 years ago... It was a teen movie from 80s or 90s... They went to Washington on a school trip... I remember one guy was fat, there was one girl called Lisa... In one scene they put alcohol in clocholate an give it to their teacher... And they also crashed into a lake and one guy paited teacher face... That fat guy wonted to meet a blond japanese or chinese girl I don't remember witch one... and he met her in the elevator... that same guy farted in the whithe house and started a small fire... helllllllp me pleaseeeeee... I need the name of the movie...
