Can anyone please tell me how to program this model to come on at 4. p.m. and go off at 11. p.m. Many thanks for any help you can give.

Thanks tkrussel. Since my posting, I was able to locate and download the operating instructions. The xmas lights on our condo balconies are all now coming on and going off at the appropriate times.
