I am a Filipino, my mom got naturalized because my grandfather was a US Veteran. My mom is also a Filipino she only knew it at her later 40's, she went to the US at the age of 50. Do I qualify for Naturalized Citizenship too.

You cannot naturalize with her. She can petition for you. Are you over 21 and are you married?

Your mother can file a petition for you.

You are a family-based 3rd preference, as a married adult child of a USC. Your mother can start the process with the relative petition (I-130), then you must wait until your priority date is current to apply for the immigrant visa (IV) for you and your wife.

Check the DOS visa bulletin to check the current visa dates for FB-3.
