How do you know you have 600 volt 60 amp service?

Are you reading the label on a disconnect switch or some other piece of electrical equipment?

    That what it sounds like.

Many disconnect switches, etc. have a max rating of 600 volt, but the standard voltage, in USA, for example, is 480 volt. Some locations have 575 volt.

All can or will use a 600 volt rated switch.

Also need to know if this system is 3 phase, which, at these voltages, is very common.

Is the switch rated 60 amp? Or can you confirm that the fuses or circuit breaker is rated 60 amps?

Too much detail missing to offer accurate advice.
