    HI,

    I am an indian and came to US on 10-Nov-2010 on L1. My wife is on L2 visa and she is not working.
    What should be my filing status on W4 form. Should I file as married or single for the year 2010.

    Claim MARRIED with TWO allowances, which is the maximum you are allowed to claim on the W-4.
