I upset my tev on my heat pump because of high psig in vapor line I thought the tev was stuck are blocked then I found out it was the carrier evaporator coil how can I reset my heat pump tev I front seat it then I ccw it back out 4 turn I'm low on funds I'm a do it yourselfer I bought from a surplus company its 2 years old do I need to get a rheem evaporator coil both unit is 3.5 ton the coil is made in 2005 bought new also
