We know that bedrooms, along with living rooms, hallways, and more, need to be arc fault protected.

Please explain about the Lutron thing you mention.

We installing Lutron HomeWorks panels to control lights entire apartment, and I wonder if Arc-Fault breaker is not going to trip because of neutrals, and distance between.

You do know that if you are doing work in an apartment, most often only a licensed electrician is authorized to do the work.

Did you check with your local authority having jurisdiction to make sure you are allowed to do the work yourself?
