Overly Sweating, Perspiring when not excercising
Hi - I really need help with this. Lately I've had a problem with sweating even when not exercising. It happens especially when I am speaking in front of people (I'm fairly self conscious), when I'm talking to women etc. I usually sweat fairly easily even when walking at a very light pace or when it is barely warm out and if I meet someone and begin to talk to them, I feel as if they can see me sweat which makes me embarrassed at which point I sweat even more! It has gotten to a point where I'm afraid of getting a job in an office or just meeting new people and talking to them when it is light out! (when it is dark out I'm not so bad) Anyone know of any rememdies or have any advice? Anything would help. Thanks:)

Okay. I'm only 11 but I have some advice. Take it cool and use de-oderant. If you feel nervous take a break maybe. You have nothing to lose applying for a job so give it your best! I hope I have talked enough junk.

Why is a eleven year old replying to health questions! Regardless of the cause, you might get some relief by using an aluminum chloride topical solution. You need a prescription for it but it is very good at controlling excessive sweating.

I also suffer from this, I have been told that it is hormonal and will pass, but I doubt it will stop out of the blue. I deal with it by sittng close to windows in work or school if applicable. If you are worried that in work sweat patches will form, there are rugby skin tight t-shirts you can wear that will not only keep you cool but it will also prevent sweat from getting past it. "armourfit" I find is the best 1. And it can be find in most sports shops.
