I have missed my period for almost 2months now and I have spotting. Took a test it was negative but I think it was to early. I have had slight weight gain and major headaches. What does this mean could I be pregnant?

If the test you took was awhile ago, try another test... or see your doctor and they will do one in office. It would be unusual for it to not pick up a pregnancy at this point if you were pregnant.
