I'm a 21 year old and for the late week I've had these red bumps on the lip of my vagina. So I went to the Doctor and he gave me cream for it. But today they have gone yellow and are really sore, I have been tested for all STD and have come back clean . But my doctor don't know what they are so can someone please help me

It seems unusual for a doctor to give cream for red bumps on the 'lip' of your vagina. Are you sure that is the right area, because the lip would be kind of hard to see. You must meant the labia. There are many parts to the female genitalia and unless you are specific it is hard to know what you mean. If they are yellow now, sounds like they are filled with puss, which isn't a good sign. I find it hard to believe that the doctor doesn't know what they are.

You can be more specific by going to Google and entering femal genitalia, which will show the anatomy. You will see what I mean.
