My ex won't let me see my kids they are 4 and 6 years old we have never gone through the courts but now I am afraid she well move she has already changed her number and said I well never see them again the courts want 300.00 to start case and 50.00 to serve her but I am not doing so well fin right now but hope to be back on my feet soon any advise would help I just miss my kids so much and its not fair!!

Ask the courts if there is a hardship fee where you don't pay as much or anything at all.

You need to file right away while you can find her.
