Well I'm going to an went this weekend and it's formal but not too dressy. I'm wearing a strapless dress, what would be the bes hair style to go with? Hair up or down?

Hair-up- it makes you look classy and confident f;
Hair-down- makes you look relaxed and aware of your environment in a sexy way..
Since its more formal.. I think you should go with the hair- up do... togeher with a drop-pendant earing... u'd be great!
