I am a felon from South Dakota been hunting my whole life since I was 11 yrs old. I am now 26. I have 3 DUI and that's a felony in South Dakota. I want to know if I can still hunt waterfowl.

Felons are not permitted to own, or be in possession, of firearms.

Since this is the case, it seems that you will be unable to hunt any kind of wild life, including waterfowl.
