I saw a clip a while ago with a pretty famous actress I believe, and she was wearing stockings and heels and was on the phone with possibly sorority sister's who were telling her to go into their (professor's?) apartment, because no one was home but they were just setting her up I believe. She was walking up stairs and was very sexy. It has been driving me nuts! Someone please tell me they know what I am talking about!

I was thinking it was Blake Lively also, but it seems like it was from a movie and not Gossip Girl, but I could be wrong too. I will continue looking. Thanks for your input! Anyone else have any ideas or agree with the 1st answer?

Not sure it is definitely her. For some reason I was thinking her, Leighton Meester, or possibly Sarah Chalke... but it could be none of those 3 also, haha. It has been driving me crazy, so any other ideas would be much appreciated!
