I went for a scan today to check out my ovaries and other areas i.e.. Uterus and stuff

The lady doing the scan said my right ovary was enlarged, Im just wondering whether this is cause for concern. I am a little worried as I have booked flight overseas and cannot make an appointment for my results until I return.

Is this anything to worry about?
What are the causes of an enlarged ovary?
Can it be treated?
Will I be able to have another child?
