I'm looking for the name of a cartoon that had cars with secret transforming ability
I am looking for a cartoon that was made in late 80's early 90's. It was NOT transformers but it was animated just like the regular cartoons in that time like road runner. But this specific cartoon was about cars that done spectacular things like for example a car would turn into a floating device because of a mud puddle. No one talked during the cartoon except a narrator. Its really hard to explain the cartoon. I can't remember what day it came on nor what time.
