It depends on the conditions of your probation. A judge can apply any reasonable condition attached to your probation. Check your transcript and see what conditions you agreed to. Probation is not a legal right, it's an agreement between you and the court. If you promised not to drink at all or receive any alcohol related offenses you could have violated your probation. Ask your probation officer.
