    AMHD layouts!
I just found out that there is another option to choose from for AMHD layouts.

Ughhh... I like the additional features with the new ones but I can't bring myself to use it.

    What am I doing wrong?

On the new layout I can't figure out the whole looking at new posts and/or zeroing in on certain topics!

Am I one of the only ones who uses the old settings still?

No, in fact, I hope someone answers this because I hate this new layout.

Which are you referring to ?

We have vB default, Light, Light V2 and FFstyle..

The while the first three are simply re-skins the last is a complete redesign of the site.

The one I'm looking at now has leaves on the side.

Oh wait. I just got it. I went to the settings box in the corner and in the lower right hand corner it said, "Take me back to the old settings. This is how AMHD was to viewed!

Welcome to the club of FF haters. ;)

Ben, don't hurt me, you know I can't stand FF, and I'm not alone.

It's been awhile since we had a meeting. :D

IT, you obviously aren't alone. However, on the bright side, GO/FF (whichever designation they are using now) doesn't impact us nearly as negatively as it did when it was first implemented. It has also gotten a lot better since then. :)

It has, except for the comments, that feature still has a very negative impact on the old skin.

Awww. Now I feel bad for you. A few other people got stuck in the new skin, lost their way. We haven't seen them since.

We've been told that 50% of users are forced into the new FF skin. I must be one of the really unlucky people, because every time I log in I'm directed to the FF skin. If it's only 50%, shouldn't I at least get the old skin once? So far it's new skin every time. At least I know where the safety button is, and I can get back to my beloved V2. :)

I'd log out and get the new skin 100% of the time too when I logged back in. Therefore, as a result, just to let you know, and to be perfectly clear, I no longer log out.

I heard this old phrase once. If it's not broke don't fix it.

Ya, we mentioned that repeatedly, but it didn't sink in. :(

At least they're keeping the V2 skin. At first there was talk about getting rid of it once the new FF skin was fully functional. When most of the long term users said they'd leave if that happened, they decided to keep it, so thank Dog for that.

Well, every time I log on, I am on the old skin.

If it is another computer that I log on from, it will take me to the new skin, however, I just go to the settings and click on take me to old skin.

Is everyone else pretty much using the new skin? I mean long term people, not newbies.
