I had my wisdom tooth taken out 2 days ago after constant aching in the tooth gums head ear and neck, I felt so much better after wards but now I have just started getting a constant throbbing pain in my top front tooth I have taken pain killers about an hour ago now but it has started again! Is this anything to do with me having my tooth extracted?

I would say no it is probably just coincidence. You should see the dentist to have him/her assess it if the pain doesn't go away on its own.
