    We are trying to get him here the right way please help in what directions I need to take.. and how much and how fast..

    Not enough information. But generally, it will be the K-1 fiancé visa. Taking about 6-8 months with USCIS if there are no issues of inadmissibility.

    Are you a USC and what is his immigration history?
