    Didn't receive deposit
What if it has been beyond 21 days and you still not received a itemized statement nor a letter. It was until after I received the good faith statement
And stating that I will not be receiving my deposit.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

If the statutory period has expired without your deposit or an accounting of how it was used being provided, then you file suit against the landlord. In some areas if the landlord violates the law you may receive treble damages.

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
