Can't tell because we don't know the size and type of each window or if they are double or triple glazed. My ballpark says nearly a grand per window is not a good deal. What brand did you buy and did you get 3 bids?
Sounds very ( did I say very) high. How many pane, are they some type of special sealed window and all of them giant in size ?
I had several put in for about 25 percent of your price here in Atlanta.
Is this one of the TV or door to door home repair companies
they are Protec windows, double glazed, 16 are 31 x 61; all are double hung. They are composite vinyl and wood.
Company is reputable home improvement company that we have used previously. These are supposed to be top of line, made by Protec.
And did you get 3 bids? I never hire out a job this big without 3 bids. Prottec is not a USA company so I can't comment of the quality but top of the line wiindows here are Pella, Hurd or a few others, all of which would have come in at around $14K. Labor rates may be higher in the UK so it hard to compare
