I am a Canadian Citizen and have been living in the UK now for 3 years. 2 years ago I married a British citizen and commuted my working holiday maker visa into a Spouse Visa. Myself and my wife have recently separated and it looks like it will be leading to divorce. With that said my Via expires early next year and I am unsure as to what my options will be? I want to stay in the UK and continue towards citizenship. Is Indefinite leave to remain even an option anymore?
