I have an old account and they are writing me about this account. They have gone to court and there is a docket number. I'm not working and receive unemployment benefits, which is not a lot. What can I do?

First off, plan to show up to avoid them getting a summary judgement. How old is the debt, when was the last payment or acknowledgement made and what type of account is it, credit card or what?
