I'm 18, and for the past few days (about a week), I've noticed a strange smell coming from my vagina area. There has been slightly more discharge than usual, but not excessively so, and no itching/burning, etc... just the odor, which smells a little bit like urine or bleach. I've noticed it goes away for a little while when I use a cleaning wipe (like Petals), but it comes back after 12 hours or so. It hasn't relented in the past few days, and it's getting to the point that I'm afraid other people can smell it, too. Do you know what this might be? I've googled, but didn't get anything specific.

Without being rude but do you wash regualy or just use the wipes to stay fresh?
Do you wear cotton underwear and not tight fitting trousers?
All these things can play a factor in having a bad smelling fanny!! ( that means vagina in england)

I've only started using the wipes after I've noticed the smell... and while I do wear cotton underwear, I typically wear jeans which are, while not really tight, not loose either. I also dance, so I spend a good amount of time in tights and a leotard... so maybe that's affecting it?
