If the three phase supply connect togather what will happen?

Connect together how? All three power leads together? As a test only, that would be considered a bolted fault and cause a overcurrent condition and open any overcurrent protection device.

Unless you have all protection in place and ready for the outcome, this would be irresponsible act to perform.
