    Can I be convicted of probation violation 4 years later
    I got probation 4 years ago for 1year and now 4 years later they want to get me for violation haven't went to court yet I live in Louisiana just wondering what to look forward 2

    Hello Curt:

    If you're OFF probation, they can't violate you NOW. Hire a lawyer.
