    I currently sold my moblie homes, they were both rented the new owner gave my tennants 15 day eviction notice, we transferred the title on the one trailer already, and the money has already been paid and spent I did sign a paper stating that if he was unable to be approved through the management company I would refund the money it was just a written on a piece of paper signed by me is there anything I can be held liable for?

    Hello becky;

    Even if the agreement was on toilet paper, it's legal.. If he didn't get approved, you OWE him money. BUT, if he wasn't the owner at the time, I wonder how the eviction worked out. Now you don't have a tenant.
