Helli I'm 19 and a college student and my mom is getting back child support from my dad but she is not giving me any of the money so is there any way I can get the checks put in my name instead of hers?

Child support is paid the one parent from the other parent. The money is not considered property of the child. I don't know the details but someone paid for your food, clothing, amusement, books, etc... that's what the back support is paying back.
