I am looking for a title /author of a historical fiction christian romance novel about 2 twin sister there family is pretty rich one of the twins worked at a harvey house in Arizona and decides to elope she needs time to do it so she asks her sister to go to work for as her while she elopes while their the other twin meets a doctor who finds out her secret and falls in love with her at the end her mom tries to fix her up with some prince she ends up lying that she and the doctor are engaged through this whole story there are things to do with native americans and there rezervations.
