    Pa birth certificate question
I just recently had a baby with my current boyfriend however I am still legally married to my ex. My baby's birth certificate reads under father "name not recorded". How do I go about getting the bilogical father (my boyfriend) name on the birth certificate?

You may want to consult a local attorney on this, as you still being married complicates the matter. In a lot of states, your husband is considered the legal father simply because you are married.

Your boyfriend will have to challenge this in court. If your husband wants to fight it he can. Its up to him to decide.

Even though at the hosptial I signed the paper stating that he wasn't the father and they mailed it to him and he agreed that he wasn't? That's why his name isn't on the birth certificate under father according to vital records.

What you signed has nothing to do with who the legal father is. Its only about the bio father. And as of right now your husband is the legal father. YOU can't sign away his rights.
