I run up a debt on a friends catalogue and I'm having trouble paying for it now how do I get that debt put into my name so I can sort my finances out its not fair on my friend if she has to pay for something that's not hers

Typically you take out a personal loan for that amount, pay it to her to clear your debt with her, then your debt is now in your name.

Normally you are not going to get that debt "transfered" into just your name, and need to make arrangements with your friend to pay it, ( and your friend will have to keep it paid if you don't)
