Clean up your diet. Cut out the sugar, soda, fast food and white carbs. Watch your portion size.
Base your diet on fresh whole food, oily fish, eggs, meat and chicken, lots and lots and lots of green veg, dairy, whole fruit (not juice), nuts, some wholegrains. No sugar, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. No cake or candy.
Be more active, turn off the TV and go to bed on time.
