Hi I have recently had a dna test though court and 1 out of court the 1 in court proved the man I have on my son's birth certificate is not the biological farther but I had 1 done again about a month ago this man is not on the birth certificate and is the farther how do I go about getting this changed as I need to have this done as soon as possible

What court proceeding was done? Generally you need to go back to the court and ask for an order to amend the birth certificate. Then you take that order to the agency that issues certificates to have it changed.
