My boyfriend was just arrested on a hit and run and has been on parole. His parole is up this month then he goes on special parole for 4yrs. I have no idea what's going to happen and wanted some insight on what the odds were of him coming home soon? He goes to court tomorrow for the charges.

What was the original crime ?

Has he been to court and received a punishment for the hit and run yet ?

Was anyone hurt ?

No one knows what the parole board will do,

The original crime was for drugs. The other person wasn't seriously hurt in the accident but was taken to the hospital.

Sorry but most likely he is going back to prison

If he's guilty of hit and run, his parole WILL be violated. After he's served his sentence on hit and run, if there is one, he'll be violated for the few days he has left. Then he starts his special parole.
