I am in the same situation. Im going to lay tile. Do I cut the pipe flush with the floor, install the flange, and then tile around the flange? The tile around the flange would be higher than the flange. Thanks for your help.

I would tile the floor and then cut the pipe flush with the tile. Good luck, Tom
