I have recently downloaded some of our favorite Criminal Minds episodes in .mov format. I am having trouble finding a converter/viewer to play these. I have downloaded several trial/free versions and had no luck in playing them. I do have a copy of Quick Time and it will not play these. I have also tried to convert them over to a different format with no success. What am I doing wrong?

Look, I'd rather convert it, as you can't view it. I had the same problems when I downloaded the whole season of 'Misfits' a week ago;) I found a nice converter and since that time I have no problems watching my episodes.
