I'm just wondering how much it will cost if I have it spread across my back, and how many sittings it would require? Thank you.

The cost depends on what tattooist you go to, they usually charge by the hour and not by the size/design of the tattoo. Id say for a back piece like that you'd need you'll need about 2/3 sittings, it depends on how much pain you can take after a few hours, if your pain threshold is low they might do multiple sittings to make it more comfortable for you.
