You can't. As long as she remains on the lease she has equal rights. You have to work with your landlord to see if she is in breach of the lease by bringing in a roommate or other reason.

When does your lease expire?

Her new spouse doesn't live in the apt only her. The lease expires next aug due to rent stab auto renewal. The lease wasn't returned on time, but I resently found the old lease where she signed both our names but didn't return it back to mgmt.

I was already a tenent before I met her. Her name wasn't suppose to be on the lease, but was added by an old mgmt company who no longer is around.

Does the landlord show her on the lease or not? Doesn't matter whether she was supposed to be or not as long as she is.
